You can do a beach theme and the kids can play in the sand; then they can switch it over so the adults can play volleyball. Depending on their availability you can also rent the adjacent bowling alley--the lanes leave a bit to be desired--shoes are right alongside in a closet (all sizes) and they have bumpers.
